Ralph F. Adams entered  the service from New Jersey with service # 9066066.

 

Ralph was KIA  Sunk by circular run of own torpedo, on Oct.  25, 1944 ,  is honored with a  Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

 

 Ralph is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial  Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
