Bataan Death March

Max Adleman became a POW an walked (60 miles) the Bataan Death March (70.000 pow), Many walked this march and many died (aprox.600, lack of nutrition and water) to Prison Camps and was send to Camp biblid for Tansport to Japan.

Max enlisted the U.S.Army in New Jersey with serial number # 12011969.
Max Adleman died on-board the “Hellship” Hokusen Maru, from wounds of attack by American Bombers on Oct.18, 1944 and he is honored with a P.O.W. Medal, American Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.
