Thomas is born on 12 February 1934 in Khedive, Greene County, Pennsylvania.

Thomas enlisted the service in Pennsylvania with service number # 13441712.

 

Thomas survived the Korean war and died on 6 April 2011,  he is honored with several Medals.

 

Thomas is buried at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies

William enlisted the service in Augusta, Georgia on 13 March, 1946 with service number # 14215500.

 

William was wounded by the enemy in South Korea in the Battle of Inchon on September 15, 1950 and he returned to duty on October 14, 1950.

 

William was KIA in the Battle of the Soyang River (aka “May massacre”) on 18 May 1951, he is honored with a Purple Heart, Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and Korean War Service Medal.

 

William is buried/mentioned at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery
