On August 26, 1922, G.O. 31 of the Philippine Department reorganized the 12th Medical Regiment and staffed it with Philippine Scouts.
A study of the personnel records of these Scouts would indicate that practically every Scout organization of the Philippine Division had furnished personnel, also, many different groups were represented All non-commissioned officers were transferred in grade to the Medical Department. Regimental Strength was 220 enlisted men. The companies were:

Antonio is buried/mentioned at Manila American Cemetery and Memorial Manila, Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
